What stood out to me as important was the hook being great. My feedback from my peers said that they were caught by the attention of the hook. The feedback that was silly was that my eyes were shifting toward and away from the camera.
I guess my eyes were focused more on the camera and I was way closer. Also, I think I overcame my stage fright just a little bit. Lastly, this video gave me only a few tries to practice instead of 20 mix ups.
Hey, I think that this time was definitely an improvement! I agree that your hook is pretty good. You seem really animated and into the product which is good as It catches my attention and shows that you're interested in the opportunity. I would just say to maybe rehearse the pitch a little more so that way you feel more comfortable with it and that way you won't get as much stage fright!
ReplyDeleteGreat job on take three! The hook is definitely the best part, and with a pitch this short it is essentially all about the hook. I do not think that the eyes were that big of a deal before, but I can tell that you made a concentrated effort to fix it this time. I get super uncomfortable in front of the camera so I'm sure I fidget and twitch when I am filming. Great job addressing what everyone pointed out and getting a great pitch done!
ReplyDeleteExcellent hook on your elevator pitch! I am extremely tired of having to pay exorbitant fees for a wireless connection on planes. You could get so much accomplished on planes if planes enabled passengers free Wi-Fi. You already pay high prices for flights, so you should also get complimentary Wi-Fi. It is extremely boring to take a 7-hour flight without any Internet connection. You seem very confident in your elevator pitch, which proves you overcame your stage fright. I was very nervous in my first elevator pitch; however, this last pitch did not take as much practice and flowed naturally.
