of Story: Puerto Rico recently has been destroyed by Hurricane Maria – still
with no phone lines or internet in contact. The means of communication have
knocked out luck for inhabitants on the island. Agency will be prioritizing
people in need of medical attention. The overflowing river destroyed the bridge
in Puerto Rico, as well.
Description
of Problem: The Hurricane is the obvious problem in this case knocking down millions
of houses and phone lines. With the hurricane disaster, the agency has received
more than 10,000 calls.
Who has
the problem: Inhabitants affected by Maria have to search for a new home
outside or inside the island and have to evacuate families, while also
searching for water.
Title of
Article: Trump wants to eliminate the federal program that oversees long term hurricane
relief
Description
of Story: Donald Trump wants to cut down the spending of The Department of
Housing and Urban Development’s Community Block Grant Program, which aimed to
spend $3 billion a year to aid Meals on Wheels. Mario Diaz- Balart and other
congressmen have spoken to him about how much money should be spent on the
Disaster Relief. Many congressmen were not happy that Trump did not want to
include HUD funding in his spending.
Description
of Problem: President Trump declined the HUD spending that congressmen wanted
to spend on the relief. Trump believes that Congress lacks empathy of what the
essential CDBG funds are.
Who has
the problem: The people that cannot afford to pay for the disaster from
Hurricane Irma have the problem.

of Story: At the University of Florida, Cedar Key will be opening up a
Biological Station. It is a hub for strengthening our relationships with people
and agencies who want science to guide the management of local public waters.
The building is designed to blow out a hurricane and leave an open area to
remain the tides from rising.

of Problem: Fishers and Clammers cannot enjoy their daily hobbies anymore due
to the guide management of the prevention of fishing on waters.

that happen on campus. Trump’s administration dominated Obama’s guidance and
required higher standards of evidence. Trump’s effort to eliminate Obama’s
policy has risen with women’s rights groups.

of Story: A couple was arrested for sex trafficking. The couple was accused of
hiring a minor for sexual favors and making a profit off of sexual favors that
the child committed to other people. The couple would transport the child to
other people that paid them for sexual activity.

Who has
the Problem: The couple has the problem because they got arrested for their
actions.
I cannot believe that a couple would go out and try to extort sexual favors from another person, let alone a minor! It is absolutely absurd how people think and act these days, there is no remorse until they are caught and no thinking about possible punishments until it happens.
